💳 1. Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made and paid through this system.
• EFTs are not accepted.
• Unpaid bookings cancel automatically after 45 minutes. 💧 2. Soak-Off & Lash Removal • Soak-Off: Arrive 1 hour early; not allowed for 8:00 AM slots.
• Lash Removal: Arrive 30 minutes early; also not allowed for 8:00 AM slots. 💅 3. Nail & Lash Refills • Refills cost the same as a new set.
• Refills not done on sets from other salons.
• Only Angel Rivoni lashes are eligible for refills. ⏱️ 4. Late Arrivals • 5+ minutes late: R100 surcharge.
• 10+ minutes late: appointment is cancelled, and you must rebook. ❌ 5. Cancellations & No-Shows • All bookings are final.
• No refunds under any circumstances. 🌙 6. After-Hours Appointments • Available on request at an extra fee of R500. 🧾 7. Review Before Checkout • Please double-check your date and time before making payment. 🔁 8. Rescheduling • 24+ hrs before: R100 reschedule fee applies.
• Less than 24 hrs: not allowed; you forfeit the booking.
